Main Point Discussed
1. The Macrostructure of the Program will be updated as Modules, Units, Contents. The first proposal of the Modules has been discussed and agreed. Module 1 to be called New Technologies and Business model. Modules 2 and 3 to define their title. A first proposal of the Microstructure to be prepared by EGE and the rest partners involved to contribute
2. The first draft of the Macrostructure must be delivered to the Partner Countries participants for consultation and discussion, till 4th February 2022.
3. Partners from Uzb and Kaz must make comments/ approve the proposed Units in order to proceed with the Microstructure.
4. Microstructure and Program delivery to be discussed and agreed in the meeting in Izmir (9-11/ March 2022).
5. New timetable for deliverables and execution of the seminars to be agreed (extension is compulsory)
6. Each Seminar will contain Lectures and Labs. Staff will attend for 5 days and students for 2 weeks. Average daily work load will be 4 hours, and 4 days/week. This can be flexible upon conditions.
7. Microstructure needs to be translated in Uzb and Kaz languages and therefore the contents will be kept as minimal as possible. Current existing resources from other ERASMUS+ or Third projects must be considered for adoption, in order not to duplicate work. Seminar UNITS will have a PPT slide presentation, as essential material for the deliverable, and optional student notes. Slides will be translated, notes no.
8. Evaluation will be only for the organization and the execution of the courses and not for the staff/ student training performance.
9. The dates for the seminars to be decided in Izmir Meeting.
